Today, Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson and California Congressman Duncan Hunter made their intentions known to vice president elect Mike Pence in defending thousands of small businesses and millions of vapers.  The Senator and Congressman ask the incoming Trump administration to consider executive action in countering the FDA heinous and destructive deeming regulations. President elect Donald Trump will be sworn into office on January 20th, 2017. Specifically the letter asks Vice President – elect Mike Pence to consider the policy of repealing or suspending the FDA’s deeming regulations.

We are lucky to have Senator Johnson and Duncan Hunter in Congress. They are good and honest men. I am grateful for both of them.
